New Premier Connection: Imagine Retail

Imagine Retail joins the Premier Connection Krewe!

By Tom Whelan   Retailer Activation Manager

Good news Imagine Retail retailers! Locally and Imagine Retail have just launched an automatic inventory sync that allows you to effortlessly post your inventory across the Locally platform. No more manual uploads, just set it and forget it to have all of your Locally supported items listed on brand sites, your site, locally.com, Google, and more. Here's how:

Generate FTP credentials within your Locally account. Write down the server, username, & password

  1. In Imagine: use Setup – Templates

  2. Create one new shopping cart export template for CSV Inventory Export

  3. The template should contain: Barcode, Quantity, and Price.

  4. If you have multiple locations this template name can be used for every store

  1. Use Shopping Cart – Web Site Setup to create a web site

  2. Create a web site for each store location you intend to show on Locally

  3. Mark the web site as CSV type

  4. Enter the FTP server (files.lcly.co) and credentials (user & pass) you generated in your Locally dashboard

  5. Check that you are only sending sizes with a valid barcode

  6. Enter the template name you create above under Inventory template name

  7. In the automatic section for Full Export select how often you want to send the inventory to Locally (at least once daily, or as often as every hour).

The Imagine shopping cart service will now automatically create the CSV file and send via FTP to Locally. Email locally at support@locally.com when you are finished with the subject line "Activate Imagine Retail connection". If you included your prices in the report, please let Locally know that you've done so. Please contact Imagine support at diane@imagineretail.com for assistance.
