Engineered cargo pockets are designed to function without ballooning out thanks to their low-profile construction and we've also got two alternate options for knife or Leatherman storage.Our signature deep drilled and angled hand pockets create easy access and 1/2 zippered side security pocket means you can trust your most important valuables or cash will be secured.The heel cuff is oversized for additional protection and durabilty, and the fabric of the pant is our 6.2 ounce midweight cotton / nylon blend.We've blended the nylon into the cotton due to its natural stain and abrasion-resistant qualities - meaning you get the comfort of a mid-weight pant, with the durability you would typically expect from a heavier alternate.Nylon is elastic, strong, and resilient. Nylon doesn't absorb water and is stain-resistant to oil and many chemicals. It's why we use it in our construction at Mountain Khakis.
