Comfortable and warm
Great product, I ordered it because it is 100% wool, and the merino kind, so it feels soft and not itchy. I was pleased with it. It fits true to size, but it's a skinny fit (which is a good thing for the purpose of keeping warm). Probably best to use for situations of high cold, or extended outdoors...

I would NOT buy again. Holes under 6 months.
The vase layer did not even last one winter for they were covered in holes from the fabric wearing out and seems coming apart. Deffently not worth the money, considering the cost to longevity.

The fit is perfect. I wear these for all my outdoor activities when the temperature drops below -10 C. I have a pair that are 4 years old and several other thinner pairs. The Smartwool pairs are superior to the others.

I had to stay in a cold house and these saved me! Merino is fantastic and the weight of these were perfect to wear under regular pants. I have lighter ones from other supplier that would not do the trick

These definetly help in mild-cold temperatures however the quality is clearly lacking. After a couple years with minimal use these began separating at the seams and developing large holes.
Would own more, but only need the 2!

Finally broke down and bought a proper Merino wool base layer for snowshoeing and hiking in cold weather and won't ever go back. So comfortable and don't get overheated even if I leave them on after the hike as they are breathable and super soft.

Great as tights around the house and as an underlayer when outside in winter weather. Stretches fine. I bought a medium and a small and they both fit me very well. Great quality. Highly recommend.

Probably best to use for situations of high cold, or extended outdoors stay in cold weather (still good for everyday use, but washing it extensively might be tricky cause it's wool).
